Mining for Gems In Marita Decker’s Book, Outsmart Doubt

Having had a week to process our discussion, with author, executive coach and leadership strategist/facilitator, Marita Decker, we bring some of our insights to this episode and unpack just a small number of gems from this inspiring book.
