In this Gems episode, as part of our special series on “Coaching for a Better World,” we explore and dig deeper into our courageous conversation last week with Traci Staffen, ADHD Coach, Certified Positive Intelligence™ and Menopause Coach. In that episode, Traci encouraged us to not just accept the stories from our past that form our current mental models regarding menopause, but to get curious, find answers for ourselves, and awaken to the possibilities of what this unique time in our lives may offer. Did you know that most women will spend nearly one third of their lives in menopause? In this Gems episode, we explore the importance of this awakening, challenging the status quo and offer some reflections on how to start your own path of awakening. This conversation is worth listening to not only for yourself, but for all of the women, sisters, friends, co-workers, that we value in our lives. We hope you’ll take a listen.
